Think Happy Thoughts

Happiness is a state of being. If we are not being happy, then we begin to lose bits and pieces of ourselves along the way…until we get to the point where we blend in with the shadows.

Reflection:

  • Doing what your are doing now, are you happy?
  • If you constantly make others happy, do you have time set aside for your happiness?
  • Are you more happy now than you when you were five years old?
  • What unique experiences in life makes you happy?
